Founder Steve Herman is a seasoned business adviser and strategy consultant who has helped enterprises to help themselves with a range of business issues from sales and marketing to process change and strategy development.

He has also delivered consultancy in the Police Service, County and District Councils, Trade Associations and large scale social enterprises on issues ranging from best value and senior management team reviews to decisions on funding allocations.

Steve holds a PhD on the adaptability of SMEs and the effectiveness of Government policy interventions with this community. He is also a registered and  approved Growth Coach for GrowthAccelerator and has worked with Measuring the Good, a skills-based volunteering programme that helps charities and social enterprises identify and develop the way they measure and manage their impact.
